IDENTIFICATION OF THE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TREATMENT
beUnik is the entity responsible for the treatment of personal data of its customers, by automated means or not, since its collection, organization, storage, use until disposal.
INFORMATION AND CONSENT
The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter only referred to as "GDPR") presents all the fundamental rights of freedom and principles recognized in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, namely respect for private and family life, home and communications, protection of personal data, freedom of thought, conscience and religion, freedom of expression and information, and cultural, religious and linguistic diversity.
It is aimed at all private and public organizations in EU member states or organizations subcontracted for this purpose in the EU, which process personal data of individuals residing in the territory of the European Union regardless of their nationality or place of residence.
In legal terms, "personal data" is considered to be any information, of any nature and regardless of its support, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, so that the protection does not cover the data of legal persons.
By accepting this Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy, the data subject gives their informed, express, free and unambiguous consent for the personal data provided to be included in a file under the responsibility of the brand, whose processing under the terms of the RGPD complies with the appropriate technical and organizational security measures. The data contained in this base file are only the data provided by the holder at the time of contact, and are collected and processed automatically by the brand.

NEED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed because it is necessary for the negotiation, conclusion and/or execution of a contract, for the fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the brand, for the pursuit of legitimate interests of the company or because it has been subject to consent.
The personal data we process will be used solely for the following purposes:
(a) Negotiating and processing the purchase and sale of products and provision of services, including compliance with tax obligations;
b) Communication with customers and clarification of doubts;
c) Processing information requests;
d) Complaints processing;
e) Preventing and combating fraud;
f) Requesting comments on products or services purchased;
g) Carrying out satisfaction surveys.
h) Collection of debts resulting from supplies and services provided, based either on the execution of contracts or on its legitimate interest in asserting its right to such collection.

beUnik declares that it has implemented and will continue to implement the technical and organizational security measures necessary to guarantee the security of the personal data provided in order to avoid their alteration, loss, treatment and/or unauthorized access, taking into account the current state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed. The personal data is treated with the legally required level of protection to ensure their security and avoid their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology.
beUnik, whenever accessing any personal data, commits to:
(a) Store them through security measures, legally required, of a technical and organizational nature, that guarantee their security, thus avoiding their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, in accordance with the state of technology at each moment, the nature of the data and the possible risks to which they are exposed;
b) Use the data exclusively for the purposes previously defined;
c) Ensure that the data is handled only by those employees whose intervention is necessary for the provision of the service, who are bound by the duty of secrecy and confidentiality.
PERIOD OF DATA STORAGE
The data storage period varies according to the purpose for which the data was collected, and will always be kept only for the minimum period necessary.
If you have concluded a product purchase contract with us, your data will be kept for the duration of the contract plus the limitation and prescription periods of the associated rights.
The personal data collected by the brand through the contact form are intended for the processing of requests for information, contact and communication, and will be kept for as long as necessary for this purpose.
WE INFORM YOU THAT YOU HAVE
a) The right to access personal data concerning him/her - the holder has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed and, if so, the right to access his/her personal data and information as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation;
b) The right to the rectification of his data - the data subject shall have the right to obtain, without undue delay, from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him;
(c) the right to erasure of his or her data - the data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of his or her personal data without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase the personal data without undue delay where in particular one of the following grounds applies:
(a) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed;
(b) the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing of the data is based (where the processing is based on consent) and where there is no other legal ground for the processing
(c) the data subject opposes the processing and there are no overriding legitimate interests justifying the processing;
(d) the right to restriction of processing as far as the data subject is concerned - the data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the restriction of processing if one of the following applies:
a. Challenging the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the controller to verify its accuracy;
b. The processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests, in return, the limitation of their use;
c. The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of the processing, but such data are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
d. He or she has objected to the processing, until it is established that the legitimate reasons of the controller outweigh those of the data subject;
e) The right to object to the processing - where the processing is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.
The controller shall stop the processing of the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for such processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
(f) The right to data portability - the data subject shall have, under the terms and conditions defined by law, the right to receive personal data concerning him or her which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit such data to another controller without the controller to whom the personal data have been provided being able to prevent this, if:
a. The processing is based on consent or a contract;
b. The processing is carried out by automated means;
g) The right to withdraw consent at any time - if the processing of the data is based on consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given.
